What your perception of good customer service is?
This information will be used for the purpose of my Honours thesis. The aim of my thesis is to understand if, and how, South African brands are able to brand service interactions with their customers. I will also investigate if brands are able to use customer service interactions to build equity.
The questionnaire consists of 12 questions. It should not take you more than 20 minutes to complete.
