One of the guys in my team went to Chicken Licken in Randburg on Friday and they got his order wrong. This happens all the time and it is just human error, but it’s still a hassle to go back to return the order.
I took to Twitter to ask if there was another way of exchanging it. When the CL social media team got back to me, we had already returned the meal and in the process the store manager had been super rude. When I explained this on Twitter I was asked for my email address to take it further. I obliged and got an email from someone with this as their email signature (I removed their name). Looks more like the email signature of a funeral home than CL.
